Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at a motel on the roadside, and let me tell you, it was a mixed bag. The rooms were very basic and clean, but they were a letdown with hard floors, uncomfortable beds, dodgy electrics, no safe, and a tiny area to move around. The bathroom was the worst part, with awkward arrangements. The service was decent overall, although there were some lapses in communication like not informing us about the hotel's pool. The location in Panajachel-Solola was excellent, away from the hustle of Calle Santander but still within walking distance to the main streets with bars and restaurants. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a good buffet and omelette station overlooking Dreamy Lake Atitlan. The facilities were decent, offering everything you'd expect from a roadside motel.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although nice, were a bit noisy due to their location near a meeting room, but they were clean and cozy. The service provided was friendly, but the information given for a cruise didn’t work out in the end. The location overlooking the lake and volcanoes is great, but some maintenance issues should be addressed. The dining options were satisfactory, with a good buffet, but eating there at night was not appealing. The facilities were decent, but some upgrades are needed.
The hotel offers stunning views of the lake and volcanoes. The rooms, while a bit dated, are cozy and all overlook the picturesque gardens. The service is friendly and professional. The location on Lake Atitlan is serene, although there were some issues with the water system. The dining options are varied and delicious.
